Hey y’all! I wanted to create an encouraging space to inspire others to live abundantly through body, mind & soul. I've recently had an enlightening experience that forever changed my life and I want to share what I've learned from that experience in hopes of helping you create your desired reality, too. Many times meditators complain, bitterly, about the speed of their thoughts, as if there is a rule that thoughts are supposed to slow down during meditation. Notice transitional times: waking up, going to sleep, shifting between feeling tones and modes during meditation, shifting from thoughts back to the focus.
